hi
my wife is going over hectic career pressure, she is in IT and she is contemplating to get into lesser pressuresed role.. and but we are not seeing ray of hope.. how does her career will pan out.. i want to ensure she is not stressed out.. even if it means quiting up job and taking break..

Sir,

The current time is not favourable and it appears that there may not be any improvement in the immediate future. You may go ahead with taking a break or quitting if both of you agree.

Also, take another opinion of the experts from the forum.
