Love or Arranged marraige for my brother?

Hi,
My elder brother is in a relationship with a foreign girl and my dad is against it. So lot of chaos in family. I just wanted to know how his marriage life would be. Will it be a love marraige or arranged marraige? Will he settle abroad or settle in his own country? Relationship between father and son is not good now. Will it get better? Pls reply.

According to his Chart ,
He has debilitated Mars in Ascendant ... making him Manglik ...
His 7th house ( represents Marriage ) Saturn is in 2nd house ...Here there is Jupiter conjunction suggesting arranged Marriage ... but also there is Rahu with them ... so it suggests chances of out cast / foreign marriage ...
Rahu is in 7th house in D9 too ...

But As this whole conjunction is in Leo which is owned by Sun ...
For Sun , Jupiter is Friend & Saturn and Rahu Neutral ...
Saturn and Jupiter both are little traditional planet ... so Rahu can't play leading Role ...

Well lets start..
1/7th lord from lagna is in paapkatri yoga of mars and sun..,also he is on 26 degrees+ longitute(saturn)..due to this marriage is delayed..
2/ dharakarak..venus is neecha but his neecha state is some what reduced due to parivartana yoga with mercury...,but still result will come up..he is also neecha in navmasa..but again there is parivartana yoga there(in navmasa)..,
3/7th house lord is aflicted due to in weak sign ,also 7th is aspected by neecha mars indicating passive aggressive nature of wife..,jupiterian aspect is missing both from 7nd 7th from moon...,
4/7th from moon is occupied by neecha venus and sun who is 6 and 8th lords from moon so 7th from moon is aflicted..,
5/7th lord from moon (mercury) is in 8th house and also there is parivartana yoga between 7th and 8th house from moon...,
6/8th house from moon is aspected by 12 and 2nd lords(from moon) mars and saturn...so 8th house is also quit badly aflicted...
So chance are high of intercaste love marriage...,if your bro..is in contact with a foreigner already..chance are high that they might get married..
