Dear Friends
What I understand that the 4th House is judged to ascertain whether a person can have a property or not?
In a generic horoscope,the 4th House is Cancer owned by Moon. In my horoscope, the 4th House is Aries and Mars in debilitation conjuncts Moon in Moon's swakshetra in the Seventh House i.e. Cancer.
However, Mars is exalted in Capricorn in the Navamsa Chart. Saturn being my Lagna Lord is giving its 10th Drishti to the 7th House where the Natural 4th House Lord and my horoscope specific 4th House Lord is positioned.
Saturn is also giving its 7th Drishti to my horoscope specific 4th House.
Jupiter which is a functional malefic in my horoscope is giving its 9th Drishti to the 7th House where the Natural 4th House Lord and my horoscope specific 4th House Lord is positioned.
In my Navamsa Chart, Saturn is in Scorpio (enemy's place) which is again the Sukhamsa.
Moon is my Atmakaraka and is positioned in the 6th Amsa (being enemy's house) in Aquarius along with Mercury.
In my Lagna Chart, 4th House from the Moon is Libra where Saturn is there exalted but the dispositor is afflicted since it is in the 8th House with Sun in Leo. Moreover, Venus even though being Yogakaraka is also located in Nidhanamsa.
On the basis of the aforesaid,I really find it difficult to conclude that whether at all I can own a house ever in my life?

Rjnth.....Can you provide the reasons?
Do you mean court cases may crop up which can drain my liquid assets or court cases are existing? Either way reasons if provided would be of great help.
