Yes Dhanishta, you indeed have saturn I(in dhanishta)placed in the 8th H as 8th lord, conferring a positive saral yoga, showering you blessings of a long life.
You will sometimes get help from the dead in strange ways,I have personally experienced that as I too have Saturn almost in the similar position, though in Aquarius Rasi and alone.
Saturn and Venus are indeed Lords of 9th and 5th,but you forgot that they are placed in the house of death. We,who are learners of astrology sometimes ignore the complete picture, that is our mistake, astrology is perfect in its place.
In the present dasa, Saturn would strangely impart you the insight into the realities of life and death, remember that death itself is the reality of life.As for Rajyog,as I said earlier, those who are dead will help you achieve that. However,do not forget that Saturn does not give anything without cost, like shining gold which is prepared after severe heating,it showers one the blessings after long and hard struggle especially in the 8th house, the house of sorrows and death.
Mars in the 8th is a matter of concern, though it is vargottama,I hope you
feed the dogs regularly.
