Exhausted, deeply frustrated and tired with life...:(

Dear respected astrologers,
As you all might be able to tell looking at my chart that I have had a bad life with Saturn dasa running...Saturn/ketu was particularly very bad...everyone told me that with the commence of Venus antar dasa things will be good but I stand worse than before as of today.I am 31 years old. I have been in a long distance relationship with my bf for the past 10 yrs.He lives in London and I live in Pakistan
I love him a lot and we have met few times or everytime he comes to Pakistan.
He also loves me as far as I know But lately our relationship has been sour.
My house condition has gotten worse, as recently my mom had an eye surgery and my dad a heart attack.They are anxiously waiting to get me married.I don't want to write a long story here but please tell me when I will get married and if it will be love or arranged and will it be with my bf.
2: will i be able to settle in a foreign land...

---yopu are very likely to settle overseas.....throuhg the conjunction of 9 an 12 lords( Sa-Ma) in the 7th house...implying that it will be throuhg marriagfe to someone living overseas....
Moon in the 12th reconfirms not only overseas stay...but a lot of foreign travel also.

--Hence most likely marriage with the guy that lives in London.

can i ask u one more thing

If Saturn is in the 7th house is it always necessary that the partner be 5 yrs or older each time...i have mars satrun in my 7th house ... really worried now a days about my marriage and about my life partner and about babies ... feeling really empty now becoz im 31 years old and my life is still just like old one nothing new and postive happen

now I am really worried if I will be able to have any children, even if I get married. Please could anyone tell me if I will have any kids ....If you don't mind could you tell me if it will be a BOY or GIRL and how many if any..
And how my husband will be.plzz read my D9 and D7 charts ...
