are Saturn aspects operative only during it's dasa or throughout life periored?
My horoscope saturn is in 16degree in leo in3rd house aspecting 5th house libra where lagna lord mercury in 5deg and mars in 22deg and venes in 28deg.what will be the effect of this aspect during my mercury dasa?
Please clarify.

I am biginer of astrology.I am now under saturn dasa.I am scared.I have failed all angle especialy in love.sat dasa will end 2009dec.2 1/2 year before I got good job.since then my confidence declaining to very low level despite i am earning well.my lagna lord mercury dasa starts from 2009dec.please explain me i will succed all my problem in that dasa.remember sat aspects my lagna lord.
