Hi DHV,
If you're born with SU-MO in same rasi you were born during a New Moon.
How close/how far are SU and MO from one another is important, as it'd determine if MO is still waning or waxing and can tell us if it's combust or not and how dark the MO is. Yogas to the MO would help also.
In any case the MO is relatively dark and that plus its location in 8TH indicates that the native can be excessively fearful and anxious, as a natural tendency. MO doesn't like being in the 8TH as it indicates many emotional turmoils and internal transformation to go though in life. But the rasi MO is in would give a clue how well/not well the MO can take it.
On the other hand MO-SU conjunction shows that mind level (MO) and soul level (SU) are in sync.
MA-MO can give the native a bold mind, an easily excited mind. It's also a combination for money.
Hi Nina.
Thanks for replying to my post. I wasnt born during new moon, I was born on the day after new moon. My Details are as follow
Date of birth: 15/03/1983
Place of birth: Birmingham UK
Birth time: 16:32
New moon was on the 14th of march and I was born on the 15th, when there was a waxing crescent moon. What does this indicate? How do I find out how close the sun and moon were that day?
Thanks

Hi Nina,
Once again, thanks for replying to my post. You say that I have Yogas to my moon which help. Which Yogas are these? You are right, I am prone to emotional anxiety, I get stressed very easily and can be pessimistic. Other people also influence me easily, and I have a tendency to dwell on negetive things, which in turn make me feel depressed. What can be done to strengthan my moon, hence curb its negetive effects on me? My Sun, which is my lagna lord is also badly placed in the 8th house. What is the effect of this?
Many Thanks

Having the Sun, Moon, and Mars in the 8th house is a powerful combination in astrology. It suggests intense emotions, transformative experiences, and a deep interest in the unknown. This placement can indicate strong intuition, regenerative abilities, and potential for spiritual growth. However, it may also bring challenges related to power dynamics, shared resources, and confronting hidden aspects of oneself.
