Let me take u to the background of this jataka:-
Marriage was done in a very grand manner. After few months, one fine morning ,lady went back to her mother’s place leaving everything behind, she was not allowed to take any of her belongings even her daily wearing dress, walked out of her husband’s place what she was wearing on that day,
Marriage was done within the close family relatives. She now ready for another marriage and wants to marry.
Let us see whether this second marriage will be a successful one?, whether she live happily in this second marriage? through ------Jataka kalanidhi, Jataka Bharana and Sinhala Siddhantha Granthas.
She asked the following questions:-
a) What is the astrological reason for the break-up of the first marriage?, why she had to experience so much trauma in her marital life so early?. What is her KARMA (karma Siddhantha)?.
b) Is there any Yoga for second marriage?
c) Is the second marriage a successful one? Is it remains till the last?
d) Whether the second marriage will be a grandeur one?

Lagnadipathi Guru is in 9th from lagna and aspects lagna from bhagya sthana. Therefore we can say that, this is one type of Adrashta jataka.
Exalted Shukra in Lagna---Malavya Yoga. With this, isharaami jeevana - richness jeevana- you decide what type of Raja yoga jeevana you want.
Since Kuja the lord of 2nd and 9th in lagna, the jataka will have property-house and vehicles.
Lagnadipathi Guru in labhadipathi nakshatra, exalted in ashtama sthana. So this is Swayam kratha aparadha jataka. Inotherwords, the jataka may have to suffer from her own action in future. She is educated, intelligent and was happy till she was in her mother’s house.
Now let us see what happens after marriage? and also see how it stood on the Karma siddhantha?.
Sapthama bava –vivaha
Lagna is her mother’s house
Sapthama is her husband’s house where she has to carry her vivaha jeevana after marriage.
No graha in sapthama.
Sapthama sthanadipathi Budha in laabha sthana.
That means she will have vivahapthara bhagya yoga (bhagya yoga after marriage).
She will get all facility rich mother-in-laws house.
Since Shukra is uchha, Shukra gave her every facility rich mother-in-laws house. (Shukra is Mother-in-law karaka)
Lagnadipathi in 9th, sapthamadipathi Budha in 11th to lagna and 5th to sapthama sthana. With this we understand, how much balishta the jataka is, same amount of balishta are the people from husbands house also. Both are equal in balishtatha. Both families are rich. Both the families are powerful.
Since sapthamadipathi Budha is Bandhu (relative) karaka, she got married to her mother’s elder brother’s son.

Now you understand how much shakthi this jataka is having?
What has been predicted earlier by the astrologer has come true to this jataka. She was happy for few days. Everything was going smoothly .Kuja is aspecting the sapthama sthana along with Shukra from Lagna, suddenly this Kuja started showing his malefic power on both the couples.
With this Kujas prabhava, couples started quarreling with each other even for a petty reason, couples started to suspect each others character, both started using singular word and some time used their physical power.
This has reached to that extent , only one should remain and other should walk out from the house.
Everyday Lady started crying, she could not bear any more the daily beatings and torture by her husband, hence she left the place to her mother’s house.
Thus, relationship and love between the two and between the families reduced considerably. At last it went to court and got the divorce. Now this lady is ready for one more marriage.
Don’t think, Kuja aspecting the sapthama sthana is only the reason for this unfortunate incident. Since Kuja along with 3rd and 8th lord Shukra aspecting the sapthama sthana has strengthened the Kuja Dosha to this jataka.
(Shukra is shatru to kuja , Kuja in shatru Shani nakshatra and also the Marakadipathi)
Shukra is jala tatwa graha, kuja is agni tatwa graha. Both are shatru to each other. Since Shukra in jala rashi, Shukra is balishta. Kuja being shatru to Shukra in jala rashi, Kuja took over the Shukras phala and made Shukra a nirbala graha.

While interpreting Kuja dosha , one should refer the following rules mentioned in the Naadi Shastra.
Kuja in various rashis:- ( agni tatwa graha )
Mesha rashi----Swa kshetra
Vrishabha rashi—Pratwi tatwa rashi—Mitra rashi to kuja
Mithuna rashi--- Vayu tatwa rashi--- Mitra rashi to kuja
Karka rashi --- Jala tatwa—Kuja is neecha here
Simha rashi--- Agni tatwa--- Shatru rashi – Natural malefic kuja become more malefic here
Kanya rashi---- Pratwi tatwa ---Mitra rashi
Tula rashi--- Vayu tatwa--- mitra rashi
Vrishchika ---Swa kshetra to kuja
Dhanu rashi---- Agni tatwa--- shatru rashi
Makara --- Kuja is uchha
Kumba--- Eventhough it is vayu tatwa, It is shatru rashi to Kuja
Meena --- jala tatwa--- Shatru rashi to Kuja.

Generally kuja dosha ( Kuja acts malefic) happens when there is a sambandha of shatru graha or Badhakadipathi sambandha irrespective of the place kuja in. He acts more malefic in 1-2-4-7-8 and 12th house if the above condition applies even if he is yoga karaka or neecha or uchha to lagna.
It is said that Kuja will bring fear, himsa , kalaha to the house he is placed and the house he aspects.
Kuja is called as Mangal Graha, kujas anugraha is required for any auspicious ceremony.
Kuja becomes Paapi when he is associates with Shani-Rahu-Ketu-and also with Ravi.
This naisargika papa graha will bring dosha wherever he is place d in jataka. he is agni graha. Touscing the agni is dosha as well as near to agni is also a dosha/ danger.
Therefore kuja is apaaya/ danger graham. He is the only graha who can finish everything in a minute.
Even Atma karaka Ravi is afraid of him .That is the reason KUJA DOSHA is given the highest importance in matching the charts.
Kuja is a Natural malefic graha, vichedana-apamrityu-kalaha-vaidavya karaka. If he is in 1st—he sees the 7th and 8th, in 2nd –he sees the 8th mangalya sthana, in 4th—he sees 7th vivah sthana, in 12th—he sees the 7th.

Sir, Can you please eplain how kuja becomes paapi in each case..specifically does Kuja association with ketu In 5th in vrischika act as a benefic?How Kuja conjunct rahu conjunct combination is malefic?what about Gulika and kuja association?Kuja becomes Paapi when he is associates with Shani-Rahu-Ketu-and also with Ravi.

All the grahas are like that. Its aspects are more powerful than yuthi.
Guru:- Where it aspects and where it sits will bring shubha phala
Shani:- where it sits and where it aspects will bring dukha, kashta, apavaad, too much roaming and slow progress.
Therefore , Kuja should be in 10th house, only then it provides shubha phala. But kuja should not be aspected by Shani-Rahu and Ketu. Then the jataka will be very sincere to his karma and will get the ashirvad from his pitrs. Pl understand this is applicable only to Purusha.-------said by Veda Brahma Shri Gunjur Ramachandra Shastri.
“Dashamam Angarakashchaiva Suputhra Kuladeepika”----- said in Daivajna Jyothishavali Grantha.
Chanting –Om Kum Kujaya Nama: 5oo times a day will bring down the Kujas dushta prabhava in Jataka.
Chandra is Prana karaka, Raktha ( blood ) karaka---- said in Jaimimi Jyothishya

One should have Kuja dosha, both the couples should have kuja dosha. Only then there will be good health, good circulation of blood in the body and will have sukh sansaar. But Stree should not have more dosha than purusha.
In case Boy is having Kuja dosha , then the girl also should have Kuja dosha.
If one is having and other donot have , then that couple will have to face the impact of kuja dosha, their vaivahika jeevana may go upset, they may find difficult to have santhana or either one may suffer from chronic disease which may lead to death
That is the reason--- kuja dosha should be seen from Lagna –Chandra and Shukra. Therefore 99% of people will have kuja Dosha in jataka ( if we see from 3 places).
In case a jataka donot have the Kuja dosha from Chandra - Lagna - Shukra , then that jataka will not have ayusha, he will be the target for chronic disease in this janma.
If both donot have Kuja dosha , then there may be marital happiness but may become the target for Dukha -Kashta –Nashta jeevana.

If the girl is having more dosha , then it may lead to break in the relationship or divorce.
For Purusha –one should analyse the kuja dosha and should give more importance from Chandra- Shukra and Shani. In case couples donot have the kuja dosha, then they will not have good health and they may become sick in near future.
Only the Kuja is having the Right/ Adhikaar ,on the Circulation of blood in human body.

Pl Note:-Some argue that Kuja dosha should be seen from Chalitha Chakra. It is wrong and not possible to identifye the quantum of Kuja Dosha .

Now we shall see what is meant by Swayamkritha aparaadh Jataka:-
If the lagnadipathi in 6-8-12th house or
In the nakshatra of the above houses lords or
In the grahas nakshatra, lord of nakshatra in 6-8-12th house
Is called as Swayam kritha aparadha jataka.
If in 6th---- the jataka will make such a mistake which may lead to Shatru to himself. No sukha jeevana
If in 8th-----the native cannot keep the secrets any more, he will have the habbit of revealing everything with others. Thus other person will take advantage of the situation. No Sukha jeevana.
If in 12th----the native will be too friendly with the people who are low to his class , with this he will lose his maan – maryada/ lose his prestige, gowrav/ respect and maan –haani. No sukh Jeevana.

Jataka lost its strength because lagnadipathi Guru being Jeeva karaka is in between ketu and Shani, in papa kartari yoga. Therefore, Lagnadipathi is nirbala and his drishti to lagna, Shukra and Kuja has failed to give shubha phala to the jataka. He (Guru) has failed to bring the couples together; his nirbala drishti to lagna has become useless, nishprayojaka to jataka.
Shani – Ketu are Loneliness karaka.

Now let us see whether there is 2nd marriage yoga to this lady ?
Sapthama dwi- swabhava rashi,
Sapthamadipathi is dwi-swabhava rashiadipathi- Budha,
Budha in chara rashi,
Budha rashiadipathi Shani, in chara rashi,
Shukra in dwi-swabhava rashi,
Lagna dwi- swabha rashi.
With all these reasons, lady is destined to 2nd marriage and has agreed for the 2nd marriage. ( It is called as Dwi- kalatra Yoga )
Aspect of Guru to Lagna made the lady to agree for the 2nd marriage.

Whether the 2nd marriage will last?
Jataka is running Chandra Dasha.
Chandra being the lord of 5th is in 6th house and in 10th house ketu nakshatra.
Ravi the lord of 6th, aspecting dasha karaka Chandra from 12th house.
This Ketu is aspected by Shani from 8th. Therefore, there will be problems if the lady does the 2nd marriage. She may have to experience the Divorce again.

Since Ketu is loneliness karaka, another Loneliness Karaka Shani is aspecting ketu, Shani made the Ketu further lonely, hence Ketu gave this loneliness to dasha karaka Chandra.( One should correlate the graha while analyzing the phala . only then you will be able to find the truth and the intention of grahas in the jataka, what they will do to do the jataka when their time comes.)

Since sapthamadipathi Budha in Shanis rsahi( Makara ), marriage will be performed in a very ordinary way. ( Shani is virakthi karaka )
Since Chandra is in between Rahu and Shani ( papa madya ) , we can say that not much interest in marriage or we can say that mind is completely broken/ shattered, unwillingly agreed for the sake of parents .
Chandra is Matr- karaka. Since Chandra in aghaath karaka Ketu nakshatra, mother also suffered much and finds herself helpless .She also completely shattered due to the daughters first marriage.
Since Chandra is aspected by Ravi, father also has to face aghaath.

Ketu is Mantrik graha, Chandra is mano karaka, and Shani is Pretha karaka. With this, the jatakas mind is completely oversticken by the Graha Chesta. That means, first this has to be removed by performing required Shanthi Kaaryas. Only then the future may become bright to her.
Pl note this Shanthi Kaarya has to be done BEFORE 3 months and also AFTER 3 months of the marriage. Only then this 2nd marriage will be successful otherwise no.
In case Shanthi kaarya (parihar said above) is not done, since kuja sees the sapthama sthana and ketu in dasha karaka Chandra (Chandra in ketu nak), these two grahas waiting for the opportunity to destroy the jataka.

Let us find out what is the MOOLA DOSHA of this jataka?( How the Dosha has come from Pitha mahas kutumba )
Since Kuja – Shukra in jala rashi, and in 9th to pitha maha sthana (karka rashi) ---- one Stree has been cheated with regard to one property and gave Shraap before her death. This Shraap is giving problems to this jataka. That Stree might have died by jumping into the water. (This is called Akaala marana. Akaala means unexpected tragic death or suicide) Because of this, jataka has to face such durgathi in her jeevana (Durgathi = kashta-nashta-problems jeevana)
