Effect of yoga in house with low Ashtakavarga points?

Can anyone please elaborate?

A yoga is formed mostly by two or more planets, whereas Ashtakavarga points are different for different planets, even if placed in the same house.

So if one/many yogas are formed by 3 or 4 planets all placed in the same house, but having different Ashtakavarga points for that same house, will all those Yogas go in vain even if any one of the 4 planets have "0" Ashtakavarga points?

And how much is considered as "low" Ashtakavarga points: 0 or 1 or 2?
