any known reseaons for not concieving so far...such as gynaecological, ovarian problems etc...any medical diagnosis

Thanks for getting back to me. I am a female. No medical problems. My husband & my medical reports suggests no medical problems(Both got checked) . No ovulation problems or tubes or ovarian problems as informed to us by doctors. I don't understand then why we are not getting positive result. Will we have kids? Please advise favorable time of conceiving (month & year) and child birth timing (month & year) & no of children.
