Remedy Question- Diamond Malefic for Meena (Pisces) Lagna?

Well isn't this just peachy. I recently purchased a diamond ring and was getting all excited to wear it before coming across: http://www.barbarapijan.com/bpa/Rashi_L ... 9graha.htm where the sub-section of Venus talks about how a diamond ring is inauspicious for Meena (Pisces) Lagna.

Are there any exceptions to this rule? Venus has the 3rd and 8th lordship but is placed in the 12th house- I believe it forms a Vipreet Raj Yoga? Can someone verify?

The main point is I really want to wear this diamond ring but if it equates to being more malefic than benefic, I won't. Any input would greatly be appreciated.

Rahu is ahead of Venus in the chart and may result in reducing/diminishing effects of Venus. So, Venus is going to give you good gains if strengthened properly.
