Hi
I have been pretty much stagnating in a role since aug 2010. I have been trying for numerous roles but getting rejections at the last stages of interviews. I am very frustrated now and whilst I keep trying, it feels like I am hitting a brick wall. Please could someone advise whether there is any job change for me and what's my career prospects looking like overall.

Many thanks for looking into this.
Unfortunately, I am not experiencing a beneficial period. I was rejected for a promotion at my current work place 2 days back, inspite of having all the credentials for getting it in the first place. I have been trying for a few months now for a job elsewhere in a much more prominent role and with better pay of course, but as I mentioned in my original post, I have only received rejections thus far at the last round of interviews - for one reason or another - sometimes not enough experience, sometimes role filled internally, sometimes something totally irrelevant.
I will keep trying as that's all I can really do but my heart doesnt remain in my current role and at the current organisation (I am learning nothing new) and I could really do with better income (who couldn't eh!).
