Can any of the many learned members here kindly help me rectify my birth time? The hospital gave me a birth time of 00:14 AM but Lagna changes in 9 minutes and 5 seconds to Aries. If birth time is earlier by 22 seconds, my Moon moves from Pisces in the 1st House where it currently sits to Aquarius in the 12th House. These things have made me doubt if my birth time is actually accurate.
From what little Jyotish I know, I have managed to rule out being an Aries ascendant since my Prakriti is Kapha (according to my Ayurvedic doctor) and I have pitta eczema (as diagnosed by my Ayurvedic doctor), which would be explained by being a Pisces ascendant with the 6th lord being a fiery planet (Sun) and a fiery planet sitting in the 6th house (Mars) in a fiery sign (Leo). But I'm not sure if I'm correct since I have very limited knowledge of Jyotish.
If I was indeed born 22 seconds earlier, my Atmakaraka would change from Sun to Moon causing my Ishta Devata to change as well. This I haven't been able to rule out.

I'm not a very social person at all and prefer being alone.
There are some songs that can bring tears to my eyes (I guess I'm emotional?).
I also become emotional sometimes when it comes to matter of spirituality.
