Navamsa and chaturthamsa

My first question is about the chaturthamsa. It is said that it is seen for houses, real estate, lands, exteme wealth, fortune, luck and investments.

The karaksa are Mars for lands and real estate, Venus for houses an Ketu for buildings. I believe that if investments and wealth are also to be seen from this chart then Jupiter (for wealth, luck and fortune) and Mercury (for investments) Is that right or non sense?

Second question is I read that A planet involved in parivartana is strong as if it is in its own sign and therefor cancels debiltaion.

I found this concept to be correct. For example you could in find a native's navamsa Venus in Virgo but Rahu in Taurus. This person is a king (sultan Qaboos), he has 8 yachts, palaces and all kinds of luxury under his control. Venus In Taurus Navamsa indicates these things.

Another example is Dmitry rybolvev a russian billionaire in navamsa Venus in Virgo Mercury in Taurus.
