In your rashi Ju is conjunct it's MT house and also the lagan lord Ve. This is very good and generates a potential rajyoga. It is great for your will power and guides you in all your efforts. This will show it's good results during the sub-periods of both Ju and Ve.
Debilitation of Ve in navamsa and it's placement in H8 creates a slight weakness to it. Conjunction with Su and Ju is good.
Sa in exalted in rashi and is yogakarak for you. It is a bit weak due to combustion and the navamsa weakness of Ve, but still very good overall. It's aspect to Ve in D10 will be beneficial as well.

You are correct, it must have been an oversight. When I did your chart again today I do not see Sa aspecting Ve in D10.
Based on the school of thought that I follow Sa is in the 4th in D10 and is aspecting Ma in H11. Since Sa is the lord of the 12th in D10, this aspect is detrimental to Ma's significations for D10 only.
Sa gets combust when it is within 15 degrees of the Su, which it is in this case, and hence is combust.
Saturn does not have a close aspect on any of the planets in H3. The benefic impact of saturn's drishti will be helpful during transit impacts only. However, both Ju and Ve are closely conjunct the 3rd house. This gives a great boost to the self confidence and provides educated guidance from within. Both planets being great benefics is good in all respects. There is a lot of free will, so use it in the best way and in the right direction. That is the key.
I do not see a curse so there. Also since there is not close aspect between Sa and Ju nothing to worry about anyways.
The impact of Ra/Ke on the 1/7 axis in the navamsa, Ju, Ve and Su in the 8th in navamsa are weaknesses that should be guarded against. Overall youu chart is good.

You survived brutal wrath of Rahu Maha dasha in your younger days. You are lucky. You have better Dashas to enjoy.
Rahu aspected by Sun makes the Rahu Maha dasha very stressful and will lead to many a failure.
Major affliction to 8th house reduces the longevity to some extent.
Better Pray Lord Kala Bhairava to improve the process of longevity.

Unless I calculated it wrong, I am not seeing any major afflictions to the 8th house. It is in Ra/ke axis but they do not closely aspect H2/H8. Also Su is away from the close aspect of Ra/Ke as well. I think this should produce ill results only during the transit impacts of Ra/Ke to asc degree of H8, H2 and natal Su. Since the 2nd lord is strong as well, there should not be any significant loss to the house's significations. Also Su is strong and it's MT house receives benefic aspect from a strong Ju. This should produce good results as well. What do you think?
Separately, his Ra MD does not start till 2031. Were you referring to RA sub period in Su MD?

If you look at the strength of 8th lord Venus , it is weak . Regarding Rahu, I have experienced it myself in 5th house. When Rahu gets aspected by Worst enemy Sun, Rahu become volatile.
If you look at the aspect table below, you will see that Rahu Maha Dasha and Rahu antar dasha have been effected badly.
Only Mars has the power to control Rahu . There is saying in Vedic astrology, Rahu behaves like an unruly elephant in the absence of mars.

Are you also seeing that the Ra MD has already passed? I see it coming in 2031.
I may be wrong here but I think that since the 8th lord is well placed and fairly strong, it may be capable to protect the significations of it's house. Ra is in a dusthan, which makes it more prone to causing troubles when it's periods come. But as far as the H8 and H2 significations go, I think those get spoiled only when in transit Ra passes within 5 degrees of these houses or natal or transit Su.
In addition Ve is bhava vargottam in D10 and D12, and is rashi vargottam in D3 and D7. That makes it additionally strong I think. It's placement in the 8th in navamsa and being debilitated there I believe creates some concerns. The saving grace there I think is that it is conjunct 2 benefics, Su and Ju, and is not adversely afflicted.
Again as I said before, I may be wrong here, but that how I was seeing it.
May be Yashwant can provide us with some experiences he has had during the periods of Ra, Su and Ve which may help us validate the effects better.

You may be Right too. Rahu Dasha is in 2031, So he may see tough time during that time. But 8th house is very important as it deals with longevity. Even i want to know how was the Rahu antar Dashas for him ??
