Dear Gurus,
One of my cousins born on 19 sep 1975 at 19:30 at barwala india is having all of her important works delayed for something or the other. she is a bit depressed for all these. What exactly is in her future few month i.e till the end of year. Will she be able to get her driving license. this has been getting delayed for something or the other and leads to other delay in her planning. If she get her license in august as she booked a date for exam, is that a good time to buy a car?
