Apologies for the delay.
I am hoping your time is absolutely correct, lagna changes within 5-10 mins.
LL: Sun.
LL is placed 12th to the lagna, causing loss to lagna.
Sun also represents father.
Current Dasha: of L3 & L10 Venus - Jupiter (L5 and L8).
Venus is debilitated in D1 and placed in own sign in D9.
Dispositor of Venus is ill-placed.
Venus is placed in NK of Moon, which is also debilitated.
Venus is not a friend of Lagna Lord and is placed in 6/8 position to AD lord.
AD lord, Ju is placed in 6/8 position to LL (Sun). Health problems to self and father.
Overall a difficult dasha.
Transit from May 15th:
- Jupiter moves to 10H but will be combust till May 28th.
- Ketu debilitated in 10H till Jan 2013 (Ketu receives neechbhanga from Venus till June 2012)
- Venus (L3 and L10) continues its long stay in 10H till June 2012.
- Mars in ascendant till June 2012.
- 2H (financial gains) is in paapkatari from Nov 2011 to June 2012
Jupiter transit in 10H may provide some relief.
For Leo Ascendants:
- Mars becomes yogakaraka. Mars is also the rasi lord, ascendant lord & 7L in D9. Mars is benefic for the native.
- Wearing Ruby will help (after an initial trial).
for now:
- Recite Mahalakshmi Asthakam daily till the end of Venus MD.
- Prayers to Lord Hanuman
Things on career and financial front will improve from June.

Many of the stuff that you mentioned about the dasha was/is correct. Also, the finding from D10 is correct so far.Just waiting for the last point there, "Success in career is assured".
I have also posted in career forum, a post asking about a career question that later changed into a BTR page . SuhasG is going to provide some valuable help there regarding BTR, and hopefully I'd be able to get my accurate birth time.
