I am asking you nicely to recommend me some bona fide (and well organized) books (with links) or articles (with links) or threads (with links) in this Forum about it. I am very grateful for any help.

There are various methods of birth time rectification. The best method amongst them is by rectifying using events of a persons life. There are some indisputable facts which can be seen through D1. Divisional charts can be rectified by known events.
Eg. Details of Father,mother will help recify D12, Details of Education will help rectify D24 and so on.
Another method is using Prashna.
In Kp astrology birth time is rectified using Ruling Planets, but they should always Help you which is difficult.
So although there are many methods available on Internet I would advice not to completely rely on them as they are not sure shot methods. So EVENT BASED RECTIFICATION is only Best rectification method

Dear astrocurier, thanks for your help! I know that events are key for BTR. Actually I was thinking of in detailed books or articles with practical chart examples and step by step methods from recognized vedic astrologers. Can you recommend me some?

Unfortunately there are very few booka on Birth Time rectification. BTR is a very complex and time consuming job and requires an excellent command over Astrology rules and their interpretation as well as and years of experience in chart analysis .

All of us know that accurate interpretation of the chart is completely depends on the exact time of birth (minutes and even seconds). Navamsha, other divisional charts, dashas, transits etc. - the keys for accurate prediction - are ineffective without precise birth time. So my opinion is that birth time rectification is the key that opens the door to an experienced astrologer to be able to give accurate prediction.
I suggest in this forum some kind of well-organized (step by step) online course of BTR - How to make accurate birth time rectification - for all serious students of Vedic astrology. I kindly asked several advanced senior astrologers that they lead this course (if some of them want to do that) to share their knowledge and benefit all of us fans and serious beginners in this beautiful science.
But it really has to be very well-organized courses with practical examples for every method. Every method should have a beginning, middle and end (I mean beginning, intermediate and advanced level) methodology.

I too have some of the above books and they are not so good for actual rectification. Many of them just give overview of rectification and show how these methods fails in many cases.
Rectifying Divisional charts needs skill and just based on some internet concepts if we try to rectify we are definitley going to err.
Only Your True Horoscope: Birth Time Rectification by S P kHullar is one good book which is detailed but remember it is Cuspal Interlinks theory.Dont run behind upto seconds accuracy.
It is not possible to give lessons on this because this does not have fixed methodology remember.
It needs lot of experience and understanding and its definitely not simple. No one will start this course as it is not easy to rectify D charts.
