rahu associated with exalted dusthana badhaka lord

Namasthe all. I am giving the particulars of a physician who wants to start his own clinic in the next 12-18 months in the south. When I looked at his chart, I realized that though his seven and half sani is practically over, along with his badhaka lord dasa by sep 2012, i was not sure how good his rahu dasa willl be. Rahu is in Jupiter's nakshatra but is placed in a dusthana with an exalted badhakesh (of course raja yoga karaka also). He mentioned that his kuja dasa was the worst of its kind, with massive losses in all areas of life. Your advice in helping this person in the following areas would be very helpful:
a) Should this person start his own clinic and if so, will it be successful?
b) Tentatively, when should he start it?
c) How will his rahu dasa overall be?
