ketu is delabilated (neech) , as well as it is in yuva awsatha so it will surely give you bad results during your dasha period . as it is in dinaawastha it will result in bad relations with your relatives , change of places, separtion from friends , disease related to ketu may occur.

you may try following remedies.
Ketu
For Ketu related problems and during the dasa or antardasa of Ketu:
1. Worship Lord Ganesha.

2. Recite Ganesha Dwadasanama Stotra.

Prathamam Vakratundamcha Ekadantam Dwitiyakam
Trutiyam Krishnapingaksham Gajavaktram Chaturthakam 2

Firstly, as the one with the twisted trunk; Secondly, as the one with the single tusk. Thirdly, as the one with dark brown eyes; Fourthly, as the one with the elephant’s mouth.

Saptamam Vignarajamcha Dhumravarnam Tathashtakam 3

Fifthly, as the one with the belly like a pot; Sixtly, as the grotesque one. Seventhly, as the king of obstacles; Eighthly, as the smoke-colored one.

Ekadasam Ganapatimcha Dwadasamtu Gajananam 4

Ninthly, as the moon-crested one; Tenthly, as the remover of obstacles. Eleventhly, as the lord of all, Twelfthly, as the elephant-faced one.

nachavignam bhayam tasya sarvasidhikaram prabhu 5

3. Japa of the Ketu beeja mantra: Om shram shreem shroum sah ketave namah
ॐ श्रां श्रीं श्रौं सः केतवे नमः , 7000 times in 40 days.

4. Recite the Ketu stotra:
Palasha pushpa sankaasham taraka graha mastakam
Roudram roudratmakam ghoram tam ketum Pranamamyaham.
केतुः
फलास पुष्प सङ्काशं तारकाग्रहमस्तकम् ।
रौद्रं रौद्रात्मकं घोरं तं केतुं प्रणमाम्यहम् ॥

5. Donate: A black cow or black mustard seeds on thursday.

6. Fasting: On Thursdays.

7. Pooja: Ganesh pooja.

8. Wear a 9 mukhi rudraksha.

9. A very good remedy for Ketu is the reciting of Shiva Panchakshari Stotra.

शिवाय गौरी वदनाब्ज बृन्द
सूर्याय दक्षाध्वर नाशकाय ।
श्री नीलकण्ठाय वृषभध्वजाय
तस्मै “शि” काराय नमः शिवाय ॥ 3 ॥

वशिष्ठ कुम्भॊद्भव गौतमार्य
मुनीन्द्र दॆवार्चित शॆखराय ।
चन्द्रार्क वैश्वानर लॊचनाय
तस्मै “व” काराय नमः शिवाय ॥ 4 ॥

यज्ञ स्वरूपाय जटाधराय
पिनाक हस्ताय सनातनाय ।
दिव्याय दॆवाय दिगम्बराय
तस्मै “य” काराय नमः शिवाय ॥ 5 ॥

पञ्चाक्षरमिदं पुण्यं यः पठॆच्छिव सन्निधौ ।
शिवलॊकमवाप्नॊति शिवॆन सह मॊदतॆ ॥
