Request the learned members to take a look at the details below and advise when she'll get married and remedies if any:
The native is MBA finance, however does not have satisfying career as yet. She had a career break of around 1 year post September 2008 (I dont know exact dates) and her present job does not pay her well at all.
All in all though I have not learned astrology, I observed :
She has saturn in 5th house which aspects 7th, 11th and 2nd house of chart - which seems to have impacted her income etc too though she has obtained masters degree. I do not know how her academic record has been as a student, however, her masters degree is from one of the reputed colleges from Uni of Mum
7th house has Mo-Mar-Uranus combination
Jupiter, which is signifier of marriage / husband / children etc is in 6th house
Can anyone elaborate as to exact cause of problems in her career and marriage? also when she is likely to get married and how will her marital life be.

For her lagna Jupiter dasa brings results with delay and frustration with health concern in family members and even relatives can face some setback.
There are some good placement of planets in 5th house is favorable for children, higher education and profession.

However, presently, her marriage prospects (lack of them in fact) is what everyone is also worried about. What are her chances of getting married in near future? How will her married life be? Married life has challenges. Being stubborn and adamant would spoil her marriage immediately.

Thank you for prompt reply. Her father is now at home and she shares excellent relations with him. I think he took VRS very early - in 1994 or something to take care of his ailing father and subsequently was doing some small business. Her father generally tends to get depressed (is on medication for that) and she is keen to settle near her parents, mainly so that she is always available for her father. Her father hardly speaks though ....
Her family is very keen to get her married and her 2nd eldest brother had infact postponed his marriage so far so that her marriage takes place first. However he is marrying this year in Feb.

Being an MBA from a reputed Mumbai college, she was earlier getting paid less than 10K, which was too bad. She was therefore demotivated even wrt marriage.
Exactly as per your comments, her career prospects improved in June!!!!!!
She found a job in June 2nd week and has joined the same during last week of June
