Help with Birth Time

Hello,

I was hoping someone can try help me with birth time. My birth certificate says 12:25pm but am not sure it is exact.

I was born in Split Croatia on April 29, 1980.

Some important events in my life that have happen were:

Born in Croatia in April 29 1980 but moved to USA on August 1980.
I moved back to Croatia MAy 30 2004.

My brothers were born Dec 10, 1977, April 24, 1984 and Dec 12 1990.

I also got diagnosed with epilepsy when I was 11 and again at 13 years old.

I graduated university in Dec 2003 in economics. I also got job April 2006.

I bought my apt in 2007 dont know what month though.

I am not married and dont have children. I need to know accurate time so I can see when this will happen.

I hope this is detailed information to know specific time if it is correct.
