Your birth time is border line. It means the lagna is rising on the border between taurus and gemini.
My reading would go wrong. Either you should be 100% sure that time is recorded accurately or you should go for rectification of time which is time consuming for any astrologer. In my view there are very very few astrologers in India who can do this. What you get from this forum is inaccurate.

No need to worry. I dont know which state u are in. but if your daughter can use her AP to come back to USA means I-94 with parolee status. you can get financial aid. even you dont have GC you are eligible resident to get aid

an error of 3 minutes in recording birth time would change the ascendant. For you it should look OK but for a astrologer who looks from this angle feels it is doubtful. With given details, there is only short term obstructions and would get better after one month.
