My 7th lord Moon is in the 3rd aspected by mars and Asc lord Saturn ..no planets in my 7th but 7th house is aspected by Venus..My d-9 had Saturn in the 7th ..in u case i see 7th lord exalted in the 5th with the 7th itself having rahu and mars

In case of Navamsa, it might indicate an age difference between the native and the spouse.
Case 6 of this article illustrates this, the marriage here wasn't really delayed though. However this is a female's chart and I'm not sure if the effect would be the same in a male's chart .

Oh and those of you who have Saturn in 7th in the lagna chart, don't worry much because SRK too has that placement and his married life seems very stable.

This placement, in D1 or D9, may create an out-of-religion marriage.

Having an orthodox spouse or not, Saturn in 7th , when well aspected, brings a karmic strength to the relationship that enhances the sense of responsibility and seriousness of it.

I could not stop writing here as I am the best example of Saturn in 7th house libra..

I did not have any delay in marriage, actually my marriage was an early marriage at the age of 26!
My wife is not elder to me and she is 1 year younger to me ...
Also, I am running Saturn Mahadasha and my marriage happened during saturn MD

You have to also see other placements too as suggested by F2F ..

As I mentioned, since you're male, the age difference might not apply to you. Also, that effect is mostly true for Navamsa.

I'm saying that after going through quite a few charts/examples. Did you read the article I posted here? It's apparently stated there too. Actually, in the lagna chart , the 7th house also signifies your general public image. Only in the navamsa does it completely concentrate on the spouse's characteristics and nature of the relationship in general.

Now whether or not this applies to both male and female charts is something I'm not completely sure about.
And definitely F2F's right that other planetary positions need to be seen.
