Why I lost my father?

Can anyone pls tell me why I lost my father by reading my chart.

DOB:-18.5.1982
TOB:-1800 hrs
POB:-Delhi

Sorry to hear that. Can you please tell me the time & date of the unfortunate incident?

I am not an expert but I have been studying for about 3-4 months.

This is what I see-
Conditions related to father are weak itself in the natal chart.

I take 10 as the house of father rather than 9. Lord of 10th house, Moon is in 6th house of disease in a bala avastha. moon also conjoins with venus, lord of 8th house
Saturn aspects its enemy moon from the house of death, who is already weak & in he 6th hosue.
Transit wise, saturn is in the 12th house of death again strengthening the above aspect. & saturn is conjunct with sun who is the significator of father, sun being in a vriddha state in the transit chart may have added more to it.

Significator of father, Sun is in 8th house, in bala avastha in your natal chart.

I have taken 365 days dasha & assumed that the event was recent, Dasha-subdasha is of mecury-moon.
mercury, lord of 12th house of death 7 a tenant of the 8th house aspects moon in the transit chart.

Mars transits the 10th hosue, but I don't see mars that bad as it owns the 4th house & becomes a benefic. Also, in your birthchart, using temporal relationships mars is neutral to moon.
Even though mars aspects moon in your natal & transits 10th house, I still don't think it contributed to the death. I would, however, like to see another opinion on this.

Like I said, conditions pertaining to the life of your father were already weak, all that was missing was the relevant time.

Hello, as per that date, in my capacity as a learner I am not sure if I find anything that significant in the transits that could have contributed to your father's death. I am taking the Dasha - Subdasha - Subsubdasha period which was Mercury-Moon-Jupiter.

I don't know how to say this, but this event should have already occured when your saturn dasha started in 1985. I am sure he must not have had a good health during that period. Probably, being conjunct with mars, he couldn't be fully malevolent but that being his own dasha period msut have showed some significant malevolence.


Not to 'force-prove' anything but here is what I see if I consider that time-period.
Jupiter, Retrogade & hence strong, is the lord of 6th house of diseases & he aspects both sun (significator for father) & moon (lord of 10th) in your transit. Mars, lord of 2nd & 7th of your natal & hence a maraka also aspects moon. but like I said before, mars is neutral to moon so it does not seem to be the primary cause.
Also, in the transit, rahu is in scorpio, & hence exalted in the house of family.

I have already said what I thought about Mercury & Moon.

Hi F2F, have you ever thought of taking the 10th house for the father? As by virtue of reflection, the 10th is opposite to the 4th house of mother, similarly 7th from 4th is 10, denoting mother's soulmate, the father.

Sumit, my condolences in the loss of your Father. I lost mine in 1970 and I still mourn his loss.
Also you were born on the same date as my oldest daughter. = - ) But she was born in the states and at 9:10 pm.
