Recently (July 2011) i got promotion as a ProjectManager. But my senior managers are not allocating me as a ProjectManager. My current assignment will be end by September 2011 and my manager offering me lower roles (Lead, Engineer) for next assignment.
Feeling bad for not recognizing my skill set.
