Also depends on the rashi. Ketu in 6 would mean Rahu in 12. Both can give some kind of intuition and connection with the "other world" and "spirits". May be good for astrology but need to be analysed in the context of the whole horoscope and rashis.
Also, 6th being the bhava of health and body, the native may have a "detached" view of their body - may not take good care of themselves, may not be interested in beautifications etc.
6th is also the house of "secondary schooling" - there maybe something different about their schooling (6th thru 12th classes) - either a muslim school or "homeschooling" (if mother or 4th house is involved). Some may have some kind of "longing" about their school - may desire a different school or may even drop out of school or have a have a strong desire to. They may start disliking the school even if they loved it before.
They may be distanced from their maternal uncles or aunts during Ketu periods either emotionally or physically (move to a different place, aunts/ uncles relocating etc). May not meet them or keep in touch with them as they used to even if they had a great relationship before.
If Rahu is stronger or if Rahu periods are occuring, then as Rahu is aspecting the 6th bhava - native may even study in a foreign school or a christian school (secondary schooling).
They may tend to apply oil (oil bath) or oil-based cream all over their body. Or their skin may become oily for brief periods. (longer if its Rahu Mahadasha) They may look at their body (in the mirror) often in privacy but may find it rather weird!
Paternal relatives/ grandmother may tend to contact their maternal uncle/ aunt suddenly - the aunt/ uncle may even hear a taboo secret through them.
