Moon Nakshatra's are given much importance in Astrology. Regionally even ppl who does not know astrology do ask once nakshatra and do pass a commend. There are lot of Regional Proverbs related to each Nakshatra in each region.

Like in tamil a saying is there that Bharani will rule the world

In Malayalam they will say there is "Nira Bharani" "Kali Bharani"
(Bharani in malayalm refer to a jar which is used in kitchen to store things - so this proverb mean according to some pada Bharani can empty or full - other details i dont know )

Another one on Dhanishta
Which is called Avittam "Avittam tavitillum tilangul" but same time some will say
"Avittam tatti potikum"

The first one say Avittam will shine even in bran
The second one say Avittam will kick and break

I would like to hear more from the members and there comments on each proverb and how worthy are each proverbs - some appear to just fill a rhyming words some give good incite.

Hope we all can share some knowledge.
Every thing seems to end some times, but we forget that it is the beginning of some thing new and powerful
