I wanted to know if it is true that if the Lagna Lord occupies the 5th House one loses his/her first born and has overall trouble regarding progeny? If so, is this a remediable dosh?

Providence has it that for any lagna the trinal lords are friends. So how can the lagna lord sitting in the house of his friend and that too a trine cause a dosha.
no there is no dosha just bcos the lagna lord sits in the fifth.
