Hello:

I would like to know if there are any known side effects of wearing a Sfatik Mala (108 beads) ? Or does one need to wear it only as per the chart.

My husband has worn the mala for a week and seems to be complaining his rashi is vrischik & Anuradha Nakshatra.

not heard of any negative results before. takes away negative energies and cools the body AFAIK.
