--Rahu is placed in the Nakshatra of Venus and Venus is placed in it's own house in the 10th.
venus is strong and Rahu playing a positive role in your chart.
--Lord of the 7th house of marriage is Moon,exalted in the 5th house
--Me rules 6th and 9th and is badly combust in the 11th house...and is the cause of unease as it is throwing hurdles and spoiling your luck/ fortune currently.

My findings follow.
Saturn's involvement is heavy in both rasi and navamsa on 1st and 7th houses and lords which is the main factor for delay. No need to be gloomy. saturn is your lagna lord. it will show why late marriage is good for you in long run.
In D9 it is in lagna aspecting 7th and 7th lord. jupiter conjuncts venus in d9 is a plus.
But dasa lord rahu in d9 in 12th with 8th lord mars is not favorable. But it is in venus star and chances are that you will be married in rahu-venus (starting from dec 2014)
Some conflicts will be still there in rahu dasa but jupiter dasa will be better.
mercury antar being retrograde, 6th lord conjunct 8th lord sun and in 3rd in d9 aspected by saturn may not deliver much good. please take care of health in this period.
