If this time is right , Then I would not suggest marriage . please dont get me wrong ........... Its ok to have a fling , but marriage might be a uphill task for him . His Moon is in a bad shape

The moon is in Danishta Nakshatra . All other factors being equal....... Danishta Nakshatra does not support Marriage , specially for men . This is made worse when Shani aspects , or occupies the planet in that Nakshatra . This tendency is greater if it happens to be the 7th lord . But here The moon also being a alternate lagna acts like the 7th lord . ( lagna can give the effect of all the 12th houses )
Moon is hammered by all the malefics in the sky , Namely Ketu , Shani , Rahu , Kuja . The saving grace is Guru 's aspect on the moon within 3 Degs of each other . If not our man would have been taken away in a Paddy wagon . Guru will continue to save him . Not to worry . But there is only so much he can do , with the big for constantly hammering the Mind . Prayers will help . Let him visit India . Kumbha Rashi individuals have a great interest in India .
. Trust me , it will be a pleasant experience for him .
