My younger cousin (father's brother's son) who is born 13 years after me, has a the same cluster of planets in the same sign as me. Does that signify something in particular?
I have SUN-VENUS-MERCURY-JUPITER in Scorpio in 11th, with SATURN in Libra,
he has SUN-VENUS-MERCURY-JUPITER-MARS in Scorpio in 2nd, with SATURN in Aquarius
I personally think there is some signification to this.

I am pretty sure that my lagna is Capricorn. There have been some sure signs of it.
Although the clusters of planets are in different bhavas, both bhavas are related to money - dhan and labha. Up until recently we all lived in a joint family and we are all reasonably well-off. I am pretty sure that the similitude between our charts and the preponderant Scorpio rashi has some significations.
