If you were born at the very start of sade sati, then you would experience it at ages 0, 30, 60 (and 90 if you live that long). The other extreme, if you were to be born just after the end of sade sati (Sa in 11th from moon), you would experience it at ages 30, 60 and 90 (if you were to live that long). Most people will experience sade sati thrice in their life. I've noticed that those who experience it early on see the effects milder than those later on.
As one who falls into the OP category, what I've noticed is that troubles occur very early on and sort themselves our sooner rather than later, which is the case for other people. Childhood illnesses etc occur whereas those not born in sade sati tend to experience the effects in their teenage years (or whenever it has occured)
