If the time given is accurate, there is no specific thing "delaying" the good/ bad effect

it will come soon...hwoever, one issue is that you have an exact half nodal return (rahu over ketu and vice versa) ...and not only that...nodes are right now almost stagnant for about 3 months around 20 degrees in you 2-8 axis...which is not a good axis for the nodes....

this exact nodal return can create some havoc right now....even positive results can actually manifest very suddenly

with a new MD starting right about a few days back, a new transit of saturn into lagna (denoting changes) and rahu-ketu returning over each other...i thing some big changes might be coming in your life very soon....

The degree is changing to '19 degrees' around 12th December. I guess 2-8 axis is in my Rasi chart. The current (flipped) 2-8 axis is only changing in Dec-2012. So, when can I expect some good turnings in my life?

The 'big changes', would they be more +ve (and when)?

well havoc because rahu-ketu half or full return is usually always somewhat negative, but if in 2-8th axis, it has the potential for some big ups and downs

since you are not running MD or AD of rahu or ketu, there is protection from you YK saturn, but the negative force of nodal transit can block the other good effects

as for dec 12, no the degree is not changing to 19....not till the end of this month...reason being that what is important is the TRUE transit of the nodes...not the MEAN...mean is a progression concept...in that there is not stagnation and the speed of movement is fixed as the average (MEAN) velocity of the nodes....
you might need to change the option of TRUE node movement instead of MEAN to see the real transit of the nodes

I believe you meant end of this year (Dec, 2011) for degree change to '19'. So, does that mean things looking upward (+ve) only after that (Dec-2011). Pardon me for misinterpreting or being repetitive.

Current transit has Rahu-Ketu malefic in your 4-10 axis, influencing your career adversely. Last year they were malefic in 5-11 axis. Libra Saturn will further add to your problems, though Jupiter protects you till May next year. You should get a job while Jupiter is in Aries in current transit.

There are many problems in your chart. you have Kala Sarpa Dosha and even otherwise, Rahu-Ketu are malefic in 4-10 axis.

Jupiter is with Saturn. Lagna lord Mars is in 8th and aspecting 2nd house, thus giving Mangal Dosha. Mercury is combust and Sun is debilitated.

you are running Jupiter Mahadasha now and Jupiter took you abroad, but with so many problems it's difficult to sustain the effect of this Mahadasha.

In current transit, Ketu is malefic in 2nd house and exalted Saturn is not going to help much. Loss of passport represents Rahu's malefic effect. Before May this year, Rahu was malefic in 9th. In any case, Rahu-Ketu axis is malefic in Lagna chart.

I would like to request you to go through my birth chart and elaborate the effect of saturn transit to libra.
As per my knowledge saturn returns to its natal position in my birth chart, and i had read somewhere that saturn return will bring some drastic changes in the life.

But yet not any such changes are been seen to take place. I think there might be some other reason for that, but i would be please if you put some shed on my birth chart and current transits of stars.

The major concern in my life at present is the job, i don't mean that i am jobless but earning less compared to all of my classmates who studied with me and always behind me in the studies. What thing is hindering me to earn as per my education and capacity. what i am lacking?
