Hi Learned members....
I was reading all the articles here and fortunately i found someone's post...sharing same dob as mine and just 5 min difference in time.....hers is 5:35 am and mine is 5:30 am...her place is thane, maharashtra and mines Chandigarh...
but here her situation is totally changed than mine's/////She got married, she is in abroad. and she has higher education...whereas all is diff in my case...m still unmarried..still trying to move abroad and just a graduate...!! so here it means..that destiny plays a more important role than planets??? cuz as we have the same dob and same charts..(I looked her chart, she has same planets in houses as mine's)...here it is clear (my thinking) that no one can fite with destiny.......what is the role of planets here in our case??? just curious to noe....if same charts..and same positions...then why but different results...
How much the planets play role even if someone is sharing the same planetary positions.....???
Looking forward to all of ur views.....can anyone clear my this curosity...??

generally speaking you will have a similar destiny.
timings and magnitude and flavour of events may differ because:
1) of the desh, kaal, patra being diffrent. Desh & Kaal is same but Patra may be diffrent
2) Ascendant and various other Lagnas will be different in higher charts.
3) amount of free-will excercied will be diffrent.
for example is paying the price of Karmik curses throuhg a divorce
you may be repaying karmikg curses...throuhg delayed marriage.
her destiny will be a blue print for what lines your life is going to go

It is indeed interesting to study the two charts to gain new insights into astrology.
There is only about one month's difference between the two Mahadasha periods.
What I would like to say is that "abroad," "higher education," "wealth" etc are relative terms. They don't mean the same in every case.
"Abroad" doesn't necessarily mean a foreign country - international boundaries are made by human beings. Hence, in astrology, "abroad" may also mean going to another place far from one's own place, not necessarily in another country - "far" also means differently for different people. For one person, going from Shimla to Delhi may be "far" and for another, going from Delhi to Kerala may not be far (I have actually known both types of cases). So, if one is destined to go "far" it may be another country or just another neighbouring village or city, or even living in another house in one's own city, if the city happens to be a large one.
Same is the case with "wealth" - 10,000 Dollars may be a big amount for you and me, it may be a small amount for Bill Gates. For a labourer, even 1000 Rupees may be a big amount. So, if one is supposed to get financial gains in a period, a labourer may gain Rs 1000/-, while Bill Gates may make hundreds of millions of dollars!
Becoming a leader with authority may be a normal achievement for Rahul Gandhi; it may be a great achievement for you and me. So it's possible that Rahul Gandhi with the same chart will be in an authoritative position, while a villager's son with the same chart as Rahul Gandhi may become only the village headman.
"Higher Education" is the same. In a family of well-educated people where girls are brought up to have the same ambitions as the boys, a PhD woman may be regarded as just having average education, while in a family where girls' primary aim is not regarded as getting well-educated, even if they do get educated to find a good husband, if a girl has got a first class BA or MA it is good education, because she seriously studied to get a good degree. In a family of illiterate people, a girl with a BA is highly educated.
Please note that I am not trying to say that you are not from a good family or that you haven't got opportunities in life. It's just that she may be from a family in which going to the US for higher education may not be unusual, just as doing a Bachelor's degree is not unusual in your family. Marriage matters - neither of you have got a happy marriage.
It's also possible that she too has struggled a lot in her life according to the situation she was born in, just like you have struggled according to your siuation. It's just that we don't know about her struggles.
I have also seen natives with Raj Yoga in their charts who don't have a job. They don't do anything, just stay at home and others give them everything - that's what a King is supposed to do too, not do any job, sit at home and others bring him wealth !
So, different people's Raj Yoga may manifest differently. How it will manifest, no astrologer can tell.
Unless we know the detailed background of both natives, it is difficult to say where exactly these achievements stand with regards to the situation they were born in.
It is also important to know that same house and same planets signify many different things. In whose case what signification will work, largely depends upon the kind of decisions we take, the kind of environment we are placed in and how intelligently we use the situations that present themselves before us.
This is how I view the situation. Others may give their perspective too, since it is an interesting topic.

where you are born, to what parents, in what social circumsatnces are also included in the fixed part of destiny.....and have an impact on your life events

D 9 - for 5 : 35 - shifts in 26 seconds (Looza)
D 9 - for 5 : 30 - Shifts in 1.32 seconds (Princess of Solitude)
Both show Dhanur lagna in J hora . This is as per J hora.
Lets play a mind game. Let's try and rationalise the events for the 5.30 Horoscope. Navamsha 8th lord is in the lagna, 6th lord is in the 7th and the nodes occupy the lagna and 7th house. Can that delay marriage? If we take aspects in D charts then its easily explained. Shani the planet of delay aspects the lagna and chandra thus giving delays.
Now let's see what the lagna for Looza in the D9 should be. Lagna shifts from Dhani to Makara in just 26 seconds. If we take lagna to be Makara, then marriage is not delayed. But the 6th lord's presence in the lagna of D9 and the 8th lord's presence in the 7th house, the 7th lord's presence in the 12th with the nodes can give divorce.
Education from Navamsha for Looza ( All matters from D9 )
Navamsha lagna lord is exalted in the 10th. 9th lord is in the lagna. 4th lord is in the 9th.
For the Princess
Lagna lord is in the 12th from Lagna
9th lord is in the 8th, ie 12th from the 9th

A Doctorate is a PhD - in any discipline. It may or may not be related to medicine. Most medical students don't go for a PhD, so most probably she has studied some other subject, not medicine.
About relationships/marriage of 2 people - her husband's and your boyfriend's charts also matter. The periods roughly coincide. The exact dates may have got modified by the men's charts.
Since you have asked these questions, I saw your chart. Earlier I hadn't seen your chart. I had seen only your friend's chart and told you about your break-up.
It's clear that in both cases, Venus-Rahu had a role to play in breaking up both relationships. Venus-Rahu will end on 13th July 2012, after which both of you are likely to marry during Venus-Jupiter's period. She hasn't written about her career, but your career is not great because of malefic Saturn-Rahu in 10th.
I feel she too has faced lots of problems in her career, whatever she may be doing, because of Saturn-Rahu. Unfortunately, she hasn't written about it.
It's clear that she has been able to avail of the beneficial opportunities brought about by exalted Jupiter aspecting her Lagna and 5th house, because she may be in a situation where she could have easy access to benefic circumstances. This has given her a PhD in the US.
In your case, I don't know about your social circumstances. But it's clear that Mars your Lagna lord has played a great role in your medicine-related career. Mars is also 6th house lord, hence you haven't risen in this field.
The main question is - why haven't you availed of your exalted Jupiter, while she has?
This is where the varying meaning of "high education" and the situation we are placed in, our ability to utilise the benefic opportunities etc I talked about comes in.
It's possible that her PhD in her family's social circle has the same value as what your medical related degree has in your environment - yes, there are such families in India where a girl's PhD is not valued much, because she belongs to such an environment where there are many well-educated people earning more money than her.
If that is true, then her status in her social environment is the same as your status in your environment.
But this apart, an advantage of using astrology is that most of us - unless our chart is completely spoilt, which is rare - can make use of the benefic effects in our chart, leaving the negative effects. Astrology can help you to understand what are the positive energies in your chart which you can use to your advantage and what are the negative energies which you have to stay away from.
So, the most positive energy in your chart is the exalted Jupiter aspecting your Lagna and your 5th house. If you want to avail of it, you can always apply for a PhD in a developed country.
You can search online for universities which give full funding for PhD in a life-science or medicine related PhD. If you try from now onwards, by next year when your Venus-Jupiter begins, you can be in a foreign country doing a fully-funded PhD!
Perhaps your exalted Jupiter is sending you this message today. It's upto you to take it or leave it.
Both of you are supposed to stay "abroad" for job and also marry "abroad."
If you follow Jupiter's message, you can be in a foreign country. If you don't, you will be away from home in India itself, thus fulfilling your chart's prophecy of residence "abroad."
To pacify Rahu-Saturn, recite Mahamrityunjaya Mantra 108 times everyday. Also recite daily Ganesha Atharvashirsha, Sri Suktam from Rig Veda and any prayer for Vishnu you may like.

Then how will the men's chart modify their chart?
How will they tie a knot to someone that will give them a long happy married life? unless you are saying the first relationship was a disaster for both of them and the worst is over and according to their charts they will have a good and lasting second relationship..

Astrology is as confusing as existence of human civilisation n its true purpose... At times even our gods seem to be ridiculous in their analysing for example 'kalki'... supposedly descending from the heavens in a white horse 2 save 'dharma' n reestablish 'satya yuga'... Fair enough... Question is where do the innocent people of our generation actually stand... Through this forum, we can try to really see how astrology really works... 'IF AT ALL IT WORKS'... the way we suppose it does... Otherwise people may lose faith in this age old science... Any ideas?

Not with same kind of men, but having possibility of having a relationship and break up roughly at the same time - which is what has happened. The men's charts of course are different and hence the slight difference in dates of meeting and break up.
Two natives may have same chart, but they are connected to different kind of people in family and social circle who have different kinds of charts. These different charts modify the incidents in their lives.
Same charts does not mean they will have people also with same charts in their lives. It only shows life incidents along perceptible parallel lines - relationship and break up roughly at the same time but not with men having same charts - that's ridiculous.
Of course I have already told Princess and she has already understood that Venus-Rahu gave a bad relationship to both women and Venus-Jupiter will give a good second relationship with other men in both cases. I don't think Princess is confused over this. I don't think there is any confusion over what I said to her.

If looza has strong separation in her chart which gave her divorce, would she have had got married to someone with great family life?? won't that make prophecies in one of the two charts go hay way? i mean if she remains married prophecies from her chart will will go wrong but if she gets divorce, prophecies from the guy's chart will will go wrong..of course, when wife n husband's charts are studied together, u will be able to determine who has more power n who's yogas dominate but that is not the question here...
the question is if they are predestined to something wont they attract people who will fulfill that prophecy??
That's wat i was told..whoever i marry will end up in divorce..because of my chart irrespective of who i marry...

Neither of the 2 women are married and neither has strong separation in their charts. They both are supposed to have good marriages after a certain period. That period is passing now. You don't know their charts or the details of their cases.
No prophecy has gone haywire. They were supposed to have a break in relationship in Venus-Rahu and that's what they both have got - yes, they attracted such a person and that phase is over now. They both are supposed to have a good marriage in Venus-Jupiter and that's what they'll get. And they don't have a break up after that.
Both the women are fortunate to be under the protection of an exalted Jupiter. They will not be stuck and spoil their lives because of a useless relationship and that's what has happened - they have been saved from a useless relationship and exalted Jupiter has given them the wisdom to move on with life.
Everyone is not fortunate to be protected by an exalted Jupiter in the 9th house.
PS - I'll add the following -
1) I was not responsible for telling you that about your marriage prospects - please ask the person who told you that. I gave you very specific details of the kind of person you can marry. So I don't see why you should bring this reading to me.
2) These women's charts are different from yours. They have a good marriage after a certain date and have no predisposition towards separation after this date. Hence, no point in transposing your chart's condition on them, even if one assumes that your chart has this characteristic.
I am not going to continue this discussion further because I am hard-pressed for time.

that is true.
if a divorce or troubled marriage is written in your chart...then concenptually it will manifest regardless of who you marry.
that makes futile all the matching excercises.

Please try to understand that i am not transposing anything on anyone.. There is not even any comparison being done here...
My question is very generalized...not specific to anyone..not even myself..
My question is exactly wat milredr has put it across..
wat if, its matched with someone with good marriage or rather the other way round...can i ever be matched with someone with good marriage?
n by "I", i mean anyone with bad marriage in chart..
Please try not to make it personal...

It was a general question..coz sometime back somebody(NOT on this site) told me that if a person's chart indicates a bad marriage, then he or she WILL get into a relationship with another person who will fulfill this prophecy..Shilpa's answer just confirmed it...
Why saindhavi ji has twisted the response to make it look like i am trying to relate their chart to mine is beyond my understanding..
