My husband's date of birth is:
We have been separated for 1 year and he wants to apply for a divorce. I have also discovered that he has had sexual relationships outside of the marriage.
I am told he has Rahu in 7th House.
Is there divorce indicated? Will I have a happy married life with him?

Thank you very much for your response. Forgive me but I am not very familiar with the technicalities explained above - in simple terms can you please tell me whether divorce is indicated. You mention that separation is written in my horoscope and therefore, is inevitable but is there actual divorce or remarriafe. With reference to incompatibility, I try to do everything my husband asks of me. I get the feeling that he is not physically attracted to me hence, he sends me to my parents home so that he can continue his sexual relations with these other women.
I have checked with my mother, who tells me my birth time was between 05.30am to 06.00am. Unfortunately, I do not have the exact time. Does this make a difference in the readings?
My husband is pressing for a divorce and I really don't know which way to turn. 2014 seems a long time to wait.

I am just a learner and to the best of my knowledge and understanding,
I too am getting, Rahu in Lagna and not in 7th house. Rahu/Ketu on 1/7 axis is usually bad for marital happiness and bliss. Furthermore, Rahu in Lagna especially for Tula ascendant indicates more than one marriage, just so you know. He is also going through the transit of Venus mahadasha and mercury antardasha. Mercury is badly placed in his chart. Although, Mercury is not related to separation or breaks in marriages, this particularly is a bad phase for him. Ketu in 7th signs again is not a good placement and can cause detachment from partners. He got married when his 7th lord Mars, jupiter, and mercury were all under vedha in his 12th house. That period in itself was not soo good period for entering into any partnership.
Since we do not have your accurate time, exact remedies may be difficult. I can provide you few mantras and poojas... if you wish. I cannot guarantee if there is reconciliation, but prayers usually work as miracles.
About children, again we need your accurate time.

I agree with Ketu in 7th sign causing detachment. My husband certainly hasn't been emotionally close to me for the last 3 years. However, wouldn't this affect his new marriage and does this mean he would potentially detach from his new wife?

The main problem is not that he is kind and lovely to his friends and family. The main problem, I feel is his kundali has some kind of a stree/spouse curse. He will never treat his wife well whether its you or someone else. Marital happiness is marred for him.

This point in time is so difficult for my parents and me. I just can't stop crying and worrying. I will certainly try the remedies you have mentioned.
In my 5th house with Ketu, I have carried out poojas to peacify the effects of Ketu and I try to do this regularly on my birthday by a local priest. Does this mean romance will always be an issue for me and my future relationships will be doomed? I really hope not. I cannot live a lonely life.
When will Saturn leave my chart? I understand for Kanya rashi it will be 17/11/2011. Do you think this will have a greater impact on divorce. I think Saturn has malefic effects in my chart but correct me if I am wrong.

It is not related to Ketu in 7th. Ketu is not inimical to partnership in his chart.
Both of you have Libra Ascendant and I feel this has to do with the current transit of Saturn in Virgo. From there it aspects the 2nd house of family adversely, where Rahu is also placed currently and is going to be placed till December next year.
In mid-Nov 2011 Saturn moves into Libra your Ascendants. Jupiter in 7th has helped in retaining the marriage so far. But in May next year it will move out of Aries your 7th houses.

It's you who has Guru Chandal Yoga. Just pray to Dashinamurthy or Sadashiva. I realized that you are from Gujarat... So, just recite "Datta Bavani" everyday. Currently, Saturn is combust in virgo, so you may be facing unnecessary mental tensions and agony. As mentioned in my PM, Saturn's aspect on your 7th house after Nov 15, will be a decision time for you. Saturn is hard taskmaster, now that he is entering in yours and his ascendant sign, he will make both of you either work towards reconciliation or just get you out of this bad marriage. I have tried almost everything this last year - Hanuman chalisa, Bajraang baan, Gayatri mantra, Maha Mitrujaya mantra, Praying to the Sun in the morning. Nothing seems to be working at present. I have really bad days where I just cant stop crying as I miss my home and husband so much even if he doesn't care. I can't bare the thought of him re-marrying and being with someone else in front of my eyes. It's so horrible.
I can't even get a job. Everything bad that can happen is happening ALL AT ONCE!! Sometimes I don't know which way to turn. I try not to think about things too much.
I suppose I still have hope until I receive the divorce papers.
