Health is not well right from the birth. Please advice??

Hello dear respected astrologers........

Can anybody please review the following individual's chart. Her health is not good right from past 10 years.

Birth Details
13 September 1984
22:00 PM (11:PM)
Haryana (Chandigarh).

She suffered from T.B somewhere around 1999 to 2003. The she got recovered with treatment.
But now again She is suffering from T.B from past one year.
In between she completed her engineering in computers.
She is not in good health these days. Also her nature has became very aggressive and short tempered.

According to my findings wearing Ruby will help her.
Please spare few of your minutes to look at her chart, and please answer
1). Wearing Ruby will help her or not.
2). When her health will recover in coming time.
3). She is very short tempered and very aggressive can any pooja or stone can help her overcoming this.

Dear Astrologers I would like add one more question to the above

Her Lagnesha (Shukra) is neecha and also a malefic. Is this the main problem that lagnesha is weak and creating problems.

Please advice.........
