Saddi satti to Tula rashi will affect as under
[*]One needs to see the lagna. If the lagna is Mesh, Vrishab, Tula, Vrishchik, Dhanur, Makar then natives of these lagnas will not get effected in saddi satti unless Saturn in natal chart is either debilitated or is placed in 6 or 8 or 12 house.
[*]In other lagnas it will always give a tough time in career but tough in relationships and health also.
[*]If sani is yog karak but placed in 6 or 8 or 12 house or is debilated in a natal chart, these natives will also have a tough time.
[*]Sani in transit is already giving tough time to Mesh lagna natives as it is in their 6H and with saddi satti on it is either giving hard work or loss of job insecurity is ruling the mind. Maybe some are jobless.

I am Vrishabh lagna and tula rashi native. Sade Sati has so far been terrible inspite of the Saturn placement in 5th house (friend's sign and near exaltation). Strange but true, Sade Sati hasnt been so terrible for any other rashi as observed by me in the last few years as it is to me and my siblings (my two siblings are of tula rashi as well). My whole family used to be a very happy family and now we are victims of extortion by an ill minded woman. Obviously these problems started one year before Sade Sati but are at peak right now.

M very much afraid of the second phase starting in nov, have already had enough of it

Saturn will give results according to karmas of native during sadesati/dhaiya...No one can escape this..according to me its a myth that Tula,Vrish, Kumbh, Makar rashi natives dont get bad results during saturn transit ( some astorlogers add kanya and mithuna rashi to that list )..if we go by this then it means that these natives can do bad and will escape unpunished for their karmas ...

Bottom line is Saturn will show you mirror during this phase and no one can escape this..ppl go to temple and pour oil, try to appease but saturn doesnt care..

I am also Tula Rashi. 27th Feb 1978 12;45PM Kuala Lumpur.
My troubles started before my first phase but I am not sure if these are because of Sade Sathi or other reasons
Anyway how will the second phase be like?

You are right, I know some Mesh lagna and Tula Rashi natives who were jobless and are jobless in Sade sati phase 1. Could you please comment further on how should be matters related to litigations for Tula rashi + Mesh lagna native when saturn comes to Tula. Also, how should be the new Jupiter transit to Mesh considering that now Jupiter is in their lagna and Saturn will be aspecting the lagna of these natives

Interesting that an exalted Saturn in the Asc has been good...remember saturn is in marana sthana in the Asc..Looks like exaltation spot overrides the dictum of MKS

Very True.....I am Kumbha Rasi....During my Sade-Sati, I was told it will not harm me because Shani is my Rashi Adhipati,,,,,But I went through hell.

I think we may have to consider Saturns relationship with the running dasha/bhukti lords also as one of the factors

Thanks astro. Here Saturn is opposite to Venus (1-7) and Dasha is Saturn-Venus. The native has seen very troublesome Saturn - Mercury and Saturn - Ketu as well. The relationship was 6-8 so it definitely was a reason. But Saturn Venus hasn't been any good either

My Experience with Sade Sati:

I was born with Sade Sati in Phase 1. This is my Second Sade Sati of my life
Mars with Saturn in Virgo(19Jan82-6.37 am-Hospet). For those who are interested in case study of the transit
I do not remember much about those days, but I lost my papa in the 3rd phase of 1st Sade Sati. Also I was very naughty kid I used to receive beatings from everyone properly. Saturn was teaching me discipline all in all I think so now. After the First Sade Sati I was regarded as the most intelligent, clever and the one very good at studies in the whole family (Saturn when he leaves us makes a Shining Jewel). Till date no younger siblings/ cousins of mine have topped me. After 2 yrs Saturn left me my Shani Mahadasha started. Over all it was a good one completed my studies, got the job well settled with no worries financially.


After Second Sade Sati (1st Phase) started I lost my grandmother. I was under the impression that Saturn is always benefic for Thula Janma rasi people (Lagna- Dhanu). I have been undergoing mixed results till now. I do not know if I have lost a relationship which I would like to have throughout my life but as of now it seems lost only. This relationship started when a little before the Phase 1 started but I do not know if it has ended completely or not. I feel Shani is teaching me patience to wait for the relationship. I experienced the severe emotional trauma (it was close compelling to end life) during Me/Ke/Me dasha recently. But I feel the relationship is partially ended Saturn is teaching me patience, one another characteristic of Saturn, effort, endeavor and endurance are the other characteristics I am being taught in this phase of Sade Sati. Also teaching me Stability, to have stable thoughts not to be fickle minded. However, it is to be remembered that any pleasure or pain that befalls a person during Shani's influence is not arbitrary; rather, it is the result of the person's own karma, now being manifested in the "presence" of Shani. Career wise I am doing well not issues till now. To be frank emotionally, personally I am being stressed to some extent. Also I am growing more spiritual than ever. No proper sleep, it just happens during the night time I just keep thinking something or the other, brain works too much actively. This is what I experienced from Shani till now. Waiting for the second phase to start. I will be more humble and accept what Shani offers me as a result of my past Karma.

Am surely deviating from subject line- am kanya rashi ( 8 april 1982, 7-40am, mysore) undergoing 2nd phase of sade sati. As i was reading all the experiences... wanted to add some hard things am facing in 2nd phase...

I have heard that in a family it is not good to have 2 people in same rashi... my dad is also kanya rashi..... i remember his struggling a lot then.... now in this sade-sati... both are suffering to peak.... actually whole family is suffering .... absolute no peace of mind...worry....worry... worry...
just before 1st phase i got married during my 1st phase i had to come to a new country aftr marriage... i never have a enemy in my life...everyone is soooo sweet and loved me... but never in my life i had realized that my husband will hate me so much and i will have misunderstandings with my in-laws..I left everyone parents,friends,job and came to a new place.... and home arrest (worst than jail) ... no life..nothing... in 1st phase...then during 2nd phase found a job to atleast go out of house... but mis-understandings/blames with in-laws and husband is peak... am not seeing if this relationship will survive ... i was spiritual but now am tooo much.... my parents are so much worried about my life... i dont have kids as my m-i-l says not to have kids till 7.5yrs r complete... no social life or friends.... work - home that's it... i can see myself backwards of 4.5 years now... i know things of 2007... i have no contact with relatives or even my sisters!! Me and husband are like strangers staying in same house
Its only 'hope' and 'faith in god' that some miracle will happen... and my life will be better and problems and misunderstandings are solved... hoping some thing will change after nov 2011.... am only hoping that i dont become 'mentally retarded' .... but good thing is am paying off my karma... and truth always wins in end so patience and faith is mantra....

What i have learnt is - 1st phase - detachment, loss, worry
2nd phase - emotional trauma, health loss, worry
3rd phase - " any answers?? "

Aseem Sir - Yes i agree that whatever happens is for good.... but can you please explain why did you write like this... i knw ur learned senior member... so i respect what you have written but am very small to understand why u said that..
But i want to write one phrase from Sai sacharitha-
" Why is god not responding to my prayers, people around me are looking and making fun of me and you when i pray you as they dont see any relief in my life.... time is passing by... what i have lost is lost forever.... am a normal human being who has life and death... time is gone and am not having a life like normal person"
Whenever i read this...tears roll down... i read it in kannada.... impact is different.... being married and not being as a wife and not having a kid for no fault of yours kills a person... this is what i mean 'time is passed away'.... everyone friend, cousin of ur age have a life and a husband and a kid... yes i agree no one's life is free from problems... but....

This reminds me, I was also born with my sade sati phase 1. I was a healthy child and happy child generally. Infact to be frank, I was always compared to other children of my age and their parents used to wonder why they were so troublesome while I was "happy go lucky" types. My parents never had to work hard with me as I was hyperactive and used to love my school and teachers.

My troubles started in the current sade sati (I am Tula rashi native) and I have seen severe problems only in the last few years. Though life was always full of struggle but still I always got good results after the struggle in the past but nowadays things have changed and I am facing all Saturn effects which I thought would be positive but actually are not.

I have researched about the KARMA factor of Shani effects. I ananyzed my life and found that I was always a very hard working, honest, disciplined individual. I somehow always believed in following rules no matter how illogical at times the rules were. So, for this birth, I can definitely say that I have never even killed an ant intentionally, leave apart hurting any human being. I find it extremely difficult to believe that Shani rewards good karma, maybe it does reward MORE karma (not good or bad, but more efforts in any direction).

Tula rashi natives don't seem to be finding any ray of hope anyway. Now this added problem of Rahu transit is furthermore frightening. till 2013 we anyway will be dealing with a tough Sade Sati and then as u said with Rahu transit. Now, tula people who have also Saturn dasha (like my own case) can just try to strengthen their hearts.

In my case, as you said, Moon is in 6th (lagna is vrishabh and rashi is Tula) so I believe this is the main problem. Now since Tula is Saturn's exaltation sign, should it help anyway in my second phase of sade sati ?

Yes astro, your point is very right. But I think it somehow helps because of the same MKS. aturn's natural significations are curbed in MKS and so Saturn in Lagna as natural malefic ceases to give malefic effects.

Actually since I am particularly researching on Venus Lagnas and Saturn's effects, I was reading about the charts of many famous and well known people. I discovered that most of the politicians who came from very poor background and attained lot of power and money were actually tula lagna with Saturn exalted in Lagna. I will give you the link if I find it in my notes.

I wish some more people share their experieces with Saturn in Lagna esp. Tula Lagna ... this will aid to my research and we will be able to undertsand how this Saturn affected the native with its MKS.

BTW this reminds me of a female's chart who is greedy, ill mannered and even psycho ... She has Saturn and Rahu in 9th house (Rahu in MKS). She is under Rahu Mahadasha. Her lagna is Dhanu and lagna lord in 8th house. Now how should be the effects of this MKS Rahu in her chart ?
