Like that, this rule is also a fun rule. Will work in 80-90% of the cases but fail in 10-20%. Here is a pointer for you, these things are not that easy and it takes a lot of factors to come to a correct decision. Although the base of Astrology is pure mathematics, it is astronomy (jyotisha) so the calculations are basically trigonometry and spherical geometry.
