Will my new job be good for me?

Dear Astrologers,

I have had a good academice record and was placed with a world famous bank in 2008. However, it was a nightmare for me and I was so harassed that I had to quit my job without another job in hand. I landed with another job in August 2009. It was a good organization but I had to take more than 50% salary cut. I spent two years with this organization. Now Im moving to another job where there is a small salary hike but I feel the job profile is better.

Can the respected astrologers please tell me of how my career will shape up. I quite below the standards of my peers in college even though my academic record was one of the best in my college.

My new role is that of how firms should improve their communication strategies ( and also involves market research) . I was very impressed by my hiring manager and I feel that I would get to learn a lot under him.
