Will you complete graduation, post-graduation or doctorate?

Hello Shilpaji,
Thank you for sending me the detailed analysis on d1. But can you please look into his d24 chart and tell me about his post graduation and any chance of doing doctorate. Is there any chance of getting academic scholarship on the basis of rasi and Siddamsa chart.His aim is to join in MIT or Caltech in future, but I don't know in the future whether his plans will be successful or not .

Let's look at the Siddhamsa:


--Siddhamsa has Ra-Ke sitting in the 4th house...whihc means he will not even complete his primary education . That seems unlikely and not aligned with the Rasi chart either.

--By moving the birth time 4 minutes back we see Ascendant moves back one house to Aquarius and is in vargottama with D1. I feel the real time of birth may be about 5:40pm

--Venus again beocmes the 4th and 9th house Lord in D-24

per the methods of Larsen and even by moving the BT around in resonable limits I could not see the connection of 9th Lord with 2nd .....whihc means Masters is not seen in D24.

I have given you feedback on his career elsewhere and on his education here.
I have highlighted the problems as well as postives in both sets of readings. There are good and bad in all charts and you have to look at the resultant......instead of picking up bits and pieces

Anyone who takes a human life will have a mix of good and bad.........excessive worrying doesn't help.

--now the 2nd and and 7th Lords are Mars.....so youe should be able to complete pHD if you so desire.

But as you told that you have to rectify my time to 2;33 am but by doing so my D10 chart also changes.

I don't know whether there is a need to rectify birth time or not, since i had given u time from my janam kundli written by our family astrolger in our village.

Also i had completed my M. pharm on march 2010.

And again i had completed my school and college without any hurdles, though my father had taken loan for my study both for graduation and pg. As you said due to rahu in the 4th house, but it is in taurus .

And one more thing i had got the scholarship in my Pg.

So please confirm it for me whether there is need to rectify the birth chart or not.

My time from nov 97 to nov 2004, i can say it was the golden period of my life. But after nov 2004 i can say the troublesome journey of the life started.

The education point of view i had never feel difficulty until present, but there is problem for paying the fees which my father arranged through loans

And again after completing the Master degree i had to wait for more than 7 to 8 month for landing the job.
Although i got the job but not good upto my caliber and also till now receiving the income same which i could get after graduation.

Hoping to get good career and income in the future.
I can say my venus main period is not so fruitful as ketu, although venus is yogakarak in my chart.

Dear Pocean,

from D1
--yor 4th Lord (or early education) Venus is in his own house in the 9th house (of higher eductaion).
So your rasi chart not only supports but promises you will go throuhg with good results, however the 3rd drishti of a malefic Saturn on the 9th indicates, delays/ obstacles and hurdles in the way ( that you will overcome).

--Now with two qualifications post your graduation I would treat that as an equivalent of masters....and see what D24-says, given that it is KNOWN you are a masters equivalent

--4th and 9th do not associate with the current time...but with only with a 2 minute change in time.....D24 looks like following:

1) Asc. Lord Jup conjunct with nodes and removes all malevolence that the chart might have w.r.t educations.

2) Jup also the 4th Lord aspects the 9th Lord sun...hence the 4th and 9th lord are associated confirming smooth trasntion from school to university graduation .

3) 9th Lord Sun is conjunct with 2nd Lord Sa..indicating smooth transition from graduation to post graduation....and since Jupiter shadows the nodes and aspects the 2nd lord as well as 2nd house....you should be able to successfully complete ALL post graduation efforts including MBA.

4) Second lord being Saturn and conjunct with Ma, Sun in the 12th house and aspected by Jup...would imply a broad subject based MBA, with focus on civil/ public administration and international affairs would be the type of subjects within MBA that will yield you higher success.

Thank you so so much. You were great with the analysis. During school time, I finished school very easily and was a good ranker in my class...degree in mumbai was fine too but during the undergrad in US i did face a lot of challenges but I was very determined and was able to finish it. Again CPA was much smoother. I wanted to clarify a few things:

1. Since the education will be all the fruits of the dasha....Will the current dasha's for the next 3 years or so favor me as well to finish the MBA? I will start Moon MD next year which is a dashtana lord and is in Gandanta...and also lord of 8th house in D24...so was worried whether I will run into any issues once I start it.

you are running the 4th and 9th lord anatrdasa until Mar 2012...whihc is good.
thereafter you start the MD of Moon seated in his own house. The cancellation of maleficity rule applies ( see my thread with the same title in this section) as Moon is in his own house inspite of being the 6th Lord.
regardless the ability to acheive academic does not get altered because of dasa/ anatrdasa.....the amount of effort and hurdles may vary depending on the nature of the MD/ AD.
Moon period will be good for you for reasons explained above.

If I start my MBA next year in a few months rahu will move into my 9th house from Lagna - which is for higher studies. Will this create a break for me? I think my lord of 9th Venus is in rahu/ketu nakshatra...

Rahu's transits are mildy unfavorable for you.....but since the inherent academic related chart D-24 is strongly supported by Jup and you will be running a good MD of moon...Rahu transits shouldn't have any major adverse impacts.

2. Do you see in my chart a chnage in my field in the upcoming years. Does my chart support MBA type of work or just regular finance.

you can do just about anything but the areas synchronized with your D24 are the ones listed in my previous post

3. I also moved my time a little backward say 12:53...will it then still support me further education. Wanted to make sure that both sides it supports..since error could be on either side.

backward move did not corelate with events....forward move in a very small window of 2 minutes did

Completion of pHD is not very likely...because the 7th house ( denoting doctoral) is not linked with the 2nd house denoting postgraduation.
