Anytime you have 6th of Mars coinciding with the 3rd of Rahu or replacing either one or both with 3rd or 6th to Lagna OR 6th of Mars onto 6th to Lagna (double impact) OR Mars in 6th (double impact) you would have situation like that. In the aforesaid conditions, replace Mars with Mercury and that would also fortell something like that.

In your case you have a constellation of planets in the 6th to Lagna. See whether it coincides with 6th of Mars or Mars is placed there. Replace Mars with Mercury in the aforesaidmentioned statement with Mercury will also do the trick.

In addition if Rahu is also in your 6th or the constellation coincides with the 3rd of Rahu, that would be even worse. Similarly if BOTH Mars and Mercury are involved - make worse by the fact that they are natural enemies.

If other areas of the chart indicate fraud like 6th of Rahu coinciding to 6th to Lagna while 3rd to Rahu coincides to 6th of Mars or Mercury or both for example, the enemy/stalker etc. may have fraudulent intentions.

As you have six planets in the conjunction, I guess there can be at least a natural benefic there like Venus or Jupiter (Moon does not count because Moon always does badly in the 6th whether waxing or waning but a waning Moon here conjuncting Mercury can turn Mercury into a benefic which can somewhat ameliorate the situation).

Venus or Jupiter if here in the conjunction could account for your "enemy" pretending to be your friend because they are less strong than Merucury or Mars in the 6th Bhava as the latter are the backup karaka and karaka of the 6th respectively. Rahu is always strong when conjuncting other planets but Rahu is also strong by itself in the 6th.

Oh I see. You included the outer planets. So it was less likely that you had either Venus or Jupiter there. Otherwise the odds that my guess would have been correct would be greater.

I think the facade of friendship in your case is due to Mercury itself because it is the karakatwa for friendship (even though Venus and Jupiter denote foeless when placed in the 6th Bhava). Rahu conjuncting all the planets in the 6th make the karakatwas of all the planets greater in intensity. Now Mercury rules enemies and friends but Mars rules enemies only. Since now we are talking about the 6th Bhava, Mercury's karakatwa for enemies would be greater. Plus there is Mars to add to its effects.

Interesting observation. I have Mars conjunct Rahu in 6th from lagna, and I experienced a stalker problem a while ago.

What triggers this event? Is it a negative transit of some sort or triggered by a particular dasa period?

It came out from a Google search for me- which was what prompted me to create an account here. If somebody could provide the link to the original discussion on the topic, that would be great.
