I am Dhanishtha 3rd Pada for Lagna and Ardra 2nd pada for moon. How do i interpret my chart on nakshatra basis. ? Dhanistha is ruled by Mars. But 3rd pada is ruled by Venus.

similarly Ardra is Ruled by Rahu but 2nd pada is ruled by Saturn.

My lagna lord Saturn is in 5th in Ardra 4th pada. Thankfully it is ruled by Jupiter.

Any insights will be appreciated.

see in forest mummy duck is going to water pond for swimming means - daddy duck and baby ducks is going in the backside of mummy duck and jumping in water. Not looking this side not looking that side. Simply jumping.

Hey hey, these things take time, and I am currently serving the govt. Will answer when govt. is looking elsewhere. :shock: And regarding me not knowing anything.. Deepakji,

Didn't want to mess with your Nakshatra post- just curious- why didn't you consider TS subhakaran's book on Nakshatras?

I thought it to be more detailed than any other book.

Arre Bhai jaan . How can you have such qualities ? Its your intense spiritual bend of mind that has saved you from the bad effects of this Nakshatra . Have no doubt about it . Remember the Remedies you performed to pacify this nakshatra ?? . Note , Though Rahu is in debilitation , the lord Kuja is exalted . More over , Guru aspects Rahu within 3 degrees of each other .

Deepaki, I have noticed more prominent results of a nakshtra , if LL or Lagna is in that particular nakshtra. regards

How many people have you actually examined to verify that the effects mentioned are prominent in an individual? I hope you have examined mine! :(

Not counted but seen the effect in a large number until some saving grace is not present.

Sunjit 86 , What Anu Ji is saying is right . I have said at the beginning of the thread , That you cannot apply these dictiums verbatim . You have to weigh other factors too . Do not forget that .

That's interesting.

My guru is also in the 9th house. LL is in the 5th house conjuncting Venus in Mool-trikona. Could this be a saving grace?

Yes, Guru is in his own nakshatra.

My moon is in purva-phalguni though.

The question would then be: How important is lagna's nakshatra? if we are referring to the moon most of the time.

So true, Deepakji , also Lagna, 5H, 5L , LL is under the influence of Jupiter[R], had it been a direct Jupiter, marvellous combination to learn astrology, since it is retrograde must have given him unconventionality in every aspect of life. regards

I only thought that a retrograde Jupiter represents some unfinished "business" in the past life. I have also heard that retrograde Jupiter allows me to so call "rescue" businesses i.e I can take-over businesses that are in trouble and make it profitable or take-over businesses that profitable and make it into a loss.

Question: Is Jupiter's nakshatra actually a demonic nakshatra? i know like ardra, its a demonic nakshatra.Purva-phalguni is a human nakshatra. So what doe sthe nature of the nakshatra really represent? Jupiter in its nakshatra seems very ironic, for a lack of a better word. (Purva-bhadra)

Bhai - I do have negative qualities too. I feel that presence of Saturn along side moon in a trine has controlled my life to a great extent instead of going awry. That mars-venus association in rasi and navamsa that you see is controlled by this moon with saturn only. If only moon was given a free hand being in Ardra(Wet) nakshatra life would have been hell. Saturn being lagna Lord sides with the positive traits of Ardra. Having said that, I have had my shares of troubles. But overall life has been good.

Jupiter is definitely a plus point as you rightly mentioned. Being self placed and aspecting Ardra Lord is the saving grace. When Lord of the Nakshatra has got direction from Jupiter, how can it go awry. Add to it, Rahu is also co-owner of kumbha lagna.

Moon could still gone into rust if mercury was not vargottama and aspected by Self placed Sun in navamsa (SSS). Moon and Saturn is further aspected by Jupiter in navamsa from a benefic sign virgo. So, Lord has been merciful to me.

I have my inner demons to battle with everyday. But I fight them out with the grace of my Guruji. What is stored in Prarabdha nobody knows. I am still a materialistic person trying to be on the positive side of life everyday.
