Hello everyone
I have the birth details of my friend whose ascendent changes with a few minutes difference.
Can anyone help correcting his birth time ?

DOB: 15th April 1983
TOB: 10:00:00 am
POB: Mumbai

Events:

10th std - May 1999
12th - May 2001
Got into Engg (Elec & Telecom) & graduated with first class in May 2005
Got placed into Infosys pune & worked for 3 years
Got into a below avg MBA(HR) college in Mumbai in Sept 2008 & graduated in May 2010

Currently working in an MNC as an HR.

Relationships: Got into an affair about 3 to 3.5 yrs back with one of his extended family relatives who is 1 yr elder to him
Now getting married on May 8th 2011.
Initially there was a strong opposition from both families. Now his mom is OK with him going ahead, but dad doesn't seem to budge.
No matter what he is going ahead with the marriage and is helped by the girls family.

Sibling: has one younger sister.

Wealth: Has always earned a little above to make his ends meet.
Doesn't own a house or vehicle and bank balance is nothing great. Current job is also giving him only 30k per month.

Future plans: Getting into education consulting.

If his birth time moved ahead by 5 - 6 mins, his ascendent changes from taurus to gemini.
