Time for a ceasarean birth in coming week

Hi All,
My sister-in-law has been admitted to hospital due to a medical emergency in her pregnancy.She was expected to deliver around 24th April 2011.
But due to complications, Dr. have decided to deliver the baby in coming week (between 21st march and 24th march)...

If given a choice, can you please let me know a date and time which should be good for child birth.. She is in Hyderabad....

If given a choice try 13.45 to 14.00 Hrs on 22nd March.

The child was born on 21st march at 20:11, hyderabad.
Since the child is born in 8th month itself, can you see the chart for general health and well - being of the child in future.

No major balarishta doshas seen. After the punya vachan ask the parents to do an archana to lord shiva on a monday.
