Is leo moon sign so bad?

Hello,

I heard this astrologer speak all bad about leo moon sign people being dominant and foul mouthed. And he mentioned that it is worse for women to be a leo moon sign person citing the example of RAKHI SAWANT.

I am a leo moon sign person and a female, my question is - is it such a worse sign for females? they do not have any good qualities at all??

Dear Aqua,
I am am Leo moon sign male. I have seven/eight people around me who are Leo moons (and all of them magha nakshatra). I know someone who is a Leo moon and female.
If there is one common characteristic I find among all of them it is they are dignified , proud (in a good way) and generous. This is based on observation and interaction ; not on the basis of their individual charts. Unless you go and attack them , they prefer to keep their huge ego hidden
All leo moons that I have come across are obsessively fair in their dealings with people. If provoked , they prefer to attack upfront rather than use covert , hidden means.

Being foul-mouthed should depend on influences on 2nd house and position of 2nd lord.
I think being dominant would depend on the position of mars and/or sun ... but then I am not so sure , since I am not an astrologer...
IMHO , one should not conclude anything about anyone's nature/life based on just one parameter

And as for an example , how about Margaret Thatcher and Julia Roberts as compared to Rakhi sawant...does it still look so bad ?

I have heard an astrologer saying that Leo moon and magha nakshatra is the best placement for a female native. Don't know how true is that

Hi:

I would say to decide the quality just based on the nakshatra is absolutely wrong. There are 27 nakshatras and then if the statement were true, we would have only 27 different types of people in the whole world population.

However in exceptional cases, may be, where moon is the strongest planet in the horoscope, some traits with similar nakshatra people may be similar.

However, my aunty was having moon in leo and was a magha nakshtra lady. She was so mild mannered that till she lived she was totally dominated by her husband and in fact he was of cancer sign. She was so soft that her wishes were never valued and never had she any say with respect to any of the family matters. Even her sons dominated. My mother was also having magha and she was no doubt like a queen but always respected elders and her inlaws. So overall hososcopes need to be seen before judgement can be passed.

I have a leo moon sign but with Purva-Phalguni as my nakshatra.

I think that astrologer is an idiot. Tell him i said that because i have an exalted mars in my 8th house , aspecting the 2nd and 3rd house by planet aspects and house aspects.

If an astrologer can judge everybody, then what's the point of studying astrology in detail? we might as well study bits and pieces and come to conclusions. if there is 1 thing i have learned is this: learn from everybody but always question and understand why that person said what he/she said.

I too have a relative who has a leo moon & she's completely dominated by her husband & children. she's either incapable or unable to get justice for herself. But at times I have noticed her foul temper but it is mostly aimed at people who will not retaliate, She's not capable of taking on her equal ( not quite leo like I would say ) But we also need to put in pespective the circumstances under which these people lead their lives & their live's situations .
