Nothing can be finalised on the basis of a particular planet being in particular house as all other effects .aspects and combinations are to be examined. It is Jupiter alone inthat chart , but others factors as well
I can not comment on the birth chart of your relative ,unless I have examined it , However Jupiter in 10th as such has no effect on marriage .unless it is realted to 7th house some how.
