for any lagna the same thing will be there. the logic behind it is the 7th house is the house of spouse. so taking the 7th house as the ascendant then the parivartan yoga will be like this, lagna lord in the 8th house and 8th lord in the lagna so it would definitely indicate health problems for the spouse. but again from the lagna 7th lord in the 2nd and 2nd lord in the 7th house indicates becoming wealthy after marriage.

Would anyone know the result of a Parivartan Yoga between Moon in Aquarius in 7th & Saturn in Cancer in 12th?
(Nakshatra of Saturn is Pushya. Nakshatra of Moon is Satabhisaj. Navmansha shows Saturn is exalted in 1st house sitting with rahu. Moon in Aquarius in 5th )
