Hi
In your case Saturn is denying the child birth. As per the dictum it is stated that if Saturn, Mercury and Venus are in trines to Saptamsa lagna the there would be denial of children and this would be an over riding rule.
This is happening in your case. In the d-7 varga chart for checking the children Saturn is placed in the 9th house which is trines to d-7 lagna. Hence denial of children is there.
Mars’s and Saturn’s influence on the trine to the Saptamsa Lagna show that the native will have Adopted Child or Dutta-Putra4. Pt. Rath says, Mars and Saturn are karaka for the younger and elder brother respectively and could indicate begetting a child through a kinsman as the native many lack procreative abilities or otherwise. It also indicates marriage with a divorcee/widow who already has children from a pervious wedlock.

You can read the COVA written by Shri Sanjay rath Ji. It is a dictum that if Mercury,Saturn and Venus which are planets which deny children are in trines to the d-7 lagna (Vishnu sthanas) then the sustanance would not be there hence it would deny the children altogether
